Description
Resin sand casting is used to produce 110KV-550KV GIS switch shell in low voltage and high voltage power supply industry. This casting process may meet the requirement of regular water pressure 1Mpa in five minutes without leakage and permanent deformation.
Open die forging is mainly used for nuclear power industry. This forging process is applied to 330MW and 600MW subcritical reheat condensing steam turbine and valve rod, 600MW subcritical steam turbine high-pressure filter as well as high temperature and high pressure steam pipe.
Using open die forging process, the high temperature and pressure regulator valve of reheat regulating valve can adjust the air inflow to prevent overspeed operation and ensure the safe operation.
Open die forging is also used for 1000MW (TWCR) supercritical reheat condensing steam turbine, seal ring of high temperature and high pressure parts in main steam valve regulating.
Resin sand casting process can be used for producing seal ring in power generation industry. The seal ring is applied to 30MW steam turbine equipment.
