Hydraulic Industry

Description
Hydraulic components are made by using sand casting, low-pressure casting, centrifugal casting and shell casting process, involving aluminum alloy and copper alloy as well as other material grades.
Low-pressure casting proves itself to be predestined for the conversion of exceptionally high quality demands. In this casting process, the furnace is pressurized whereby the molten aluminum is poured into the casting die through the riser tube. The laminar filling process avoids the formation of oxidation, the onset of cold currents and the danger of air inclusions.
Additionally, low-pressure casting is also used to produce hydraulic components with complex shapes. These parts can vary greatly in size and weight, ranging from a couple ounces to several tons. Some smaller parts include gears, pulleys, crankshafts, connecting rods and propellers. Almost any alloy can be used for this sand casting. This casting process has the ability to cast materials with high melting temperatures, including steel, nickel, and titanium.

Features of Low-Pressure Casting
1. This casting process can form the hydraulic components with clear outline and smooth surface.
2. Low pressure casting process has the advantages of compact structure and high mechanical performance.
3. With low-pressure casting, one can count on considerably lower costs for cleaning, rework, and re-melting of returns.
4. Sand casting is also applicable to produce automobile components, such as engine blocks, engine manifolds, cylinder heads and transmission cases.

Low-Pressure Casting Process
The furnace is filled with dry compressed air, and the molten metal under the action of gas pressure fills the mold cavity along the riser tube and pouring system. And then open the mold and take out the hydraulic components.

Founded in 2010, Lantyto® has the capacities to provide low-pressure casting, centrifugal casting, sand casting, investment casting, gravity casting and shell mold casting, forging process and precision machining. Till now, our products like low-pressure casting and sand casting can be used in hydraulic components, military industry, semiconductor equipment, vehicle industry and electric power industry.
